Documentation: 
●    Completed application form
●    Copy of projected prices to be purchased for an In-Home/Child Care Center or Classroom.  Links for each item will also be required as C4K will purchase all items; including but not limited to UV lights, air purifiers, swing sets, strollers, technology, etc. Requested items must aid/enhance the in-home/center or classroom. 
●    Grant funds are restricted to approved program-related purchases and may not be used for payroll expenses, employee wages or salaries, utility costs, rent, or other ongoing operational expenses 
●    Funds will not exceed $1,000

Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. C4K will attempt to accommodate all completed applications if they are submitted during the grant application period.
